Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Mish's Multi-Tech provides professional mobile fleet maintenance, light and heavy repair services, and on-site mechanical solutions. We strive to provide high-quality repairs at your location, ensuring minimal downtime for your vehicles and equipment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Service estimates are provided based on initial inspections and standard labor rates. Final pricing may reflect additional parts or labor required once a repair has commenced. We will provide notice of any substantial cost variations before completing the work.

3. Payments

Payment for all services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payments. Unpaid invoices may accrue interest or late fees as permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure technicians have safe and unimpeded access to the vehicles at the scheduled time and location. It is the customer’s responsibility to authorize work and provide accurate vehicle history when requested.

5. Warranties & Limitations

We offer a limited warranty on our labor. Parts are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income or profits due to vehicle downtime.

6. Cancellations

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a dispatch or cancellation fee for services cancelled after a technician has arrived on-site or during transit.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state where the services were performed.
